ALS International Monthly SEO Reporting

17 Organic Sessions (Month 1)When we started the ALS International SEO engagement, there was no tracking in place. No Google Analytics. No Google Search Console. No baseline data whatsoever. A freshly built site on a new domain with no history.
Starting from zero is not unusual for international companies with websites built by agencies who do not do SEO. The site is built. Launched. Then it sits there, receiving no organic traffic, with no way to measure what is or is not happening.
Month one was infrastructure. Google Analytics 4 installed and configured. Search Console verified and linked to the domain. Sitemap submitted. 14 technical issues resolved. The site was finally correctly indexed and Google was receiving accurate data about its structure and content.
By the end of month one we had 17 organic sessions and 42 Search Console impressions. These are the actual baseline numbers, documented in the first monthly report.
17 sessions is small. It is an honest number. Every agency that has ever handed over a monthly report with impressive numbers from month one has either inherited an existing traffic channel or they are reporting something that was never real.
The value in a month-one report is not the numbers. It is the baseline they establish. Every month after this one, we can show exactly what moved, by how much, and in what direction. The 12-month chart tells the real story. Month one is just where it starts.
From this baseline: content production on priority service pages, on-page optimisation, internal linking structure, and the start of link acquisition. By month 6, organic sessions had reached 340 per month. By month 12, consistent first-page rankings across eight target keywords and 1,400+ monthly organic sessions from essentially zero.
